Welcome to Incendiary Brewing
Here are a couple of frequently asked questions about visiting our taproom at Bailey Power Plant, 486 N Patterson Ave, Ste 105, to make your visit as enjoyable as possible:
Are dogs allowed?
We love dogs but unfortunately the Forsyth County Health Department no longer allows for breweries to allow pets in the taproom. However, dogs are welcome in our abundant outdoor space. Thanks for your understanding while we work with other local breweries to change this recent interpretation of health code regulations.
Do you sell crowlers/growlers?
No, we won’t sell crowlers or growlers. We do plan to offer canned options for off-premise consumption immediately and will focus on maintaining a variety of favorites available. We will follow our instincts in the beginning but watch how draft sales go to determine canned offerings down the road.
Where can I park?
There are a number of spots in front of the building along Patterson Ave. The parking deck across Chestnut (cobblestone road) also offers parking and is free after hours (leaving after 5PM M-F, and weekends). There is a new parking deck currently being constructed across Fifth St as well.
Is there food?
No, we will not have a kitchen. We want to focus on what we know best, beer! Likewise, we will lean on our neighbors to do what they do best, supply food! We do have an open policy about bringing in food (or ordering delivery while visiting with us) and even hope to work out some convenient ideas with our immediate neighbors within Bailey Power Plant.
Do you host private events?
For small events, we plan to offer some options of blocking off sections of the taproom and production brewery. Renting out the entire taproom space is an option but we require plenty of notice and deposit.
I love your hats! Where can I get one?
Our merch store online will be opening very soon. We will offer shipping or local pickup at one of our local beer bud’s shops. We will make an announcement when the store is up and running.
When will you be open?
In case you missed it, we opened Labor Day weekend 2018 with a hell of a bash!
