Welcome to Incendiary Brewing
Here are a couple of frequently asked questions about visiting our taproom at Bailey Power Plant, 486 N Patterson Ave, Ste 105, to make your visit as enjoyable as possible:
Are dogs allowed?
Yes! We love dogs. However, we do ask that you keep all dogs on a leash and keep a close watch. Please consider dogs behavior while in a crowded taproom/patio for the sake of other dogs and patrons. We also discourage bringing your dogs to any of our outdoor concerts as it tends to be very loud.
Do you sell crowlers/growlers?
No, we won’t sell crowlers or growlers. We do offer canned options for off-premise consumption and focus on maintaining a variety of favorites available. We will follow our instincts in the beginning but watch how draft sales go to determine canned offerings down the road.
Where can I park?
There are a number of spots in front of the building along Patterson Ave. The parking deck across Chestnut (cobblestone road) also offers parking and is free after hours (leaving after 7PM M-F, and weekends). There is a new parking deck currently being constructed across Fifth St as well.
Is there food?
No, we will not have a kitchen. We want to focus on what we know best, beer! Likewise, we will lean on our neighbors to do what they do best, supply food! Check out our neighbors Cugino Forno and Alma Mexicana! We have an open policy about bringing in food or ordering delivery while visiting with us.
Do you host private events?
For small events, we offer some options of blocking off sections of the taproom and production brewery. Renting out the entire taproom space is an option in the winter months but we require plenty of notice and deposit. Please email the taproom manager at Chris@Incendiarybrewing.com for event inquiries.
I love your hats! Where can I get one?
Please swing by the taproom to see our current selection of styles, sizes, and colors available. We have short and long sleeve shirts, a variety of hats, zip-up hoodies, glassware and stickers!
